This Zoar shelf is based on originals found in the beautifully preserved village of Zoar, Ohio.  Founded in 1817 by German fundamentalists, nearly every home and public building has a wall unit of this type featuring the stylized "goose wing" finials on the sides.  It can be had as open shelves or with 2 drawers in place of the bottom shelf.  Also available with double or single drawers in place of open shelves.  Any size or configuration can be accommodated.
